From April 2019 we were on the lookout for a school at Trivandrum for our special needs son Madhav with Autism and came to know about CADRRE from his doctor. I still have vivid memories of the day of his interview at CADRRE where he bit two of the teachers and a support staff. From the moment he walked through the doors of CADRRE, he was greeted with open arms, acceptance, patience and had a comfortable place to be himself. He was five years old then, and was enrolled in Juniors-2. CADRRE not only focused on improving my son’s areas of need, but also put a huge emphasis on his individual strengths. The academic year 2020-21, even though clouded by Covid- 19, was productive for the students at CADRRE. The classes were conducted online systematically on a one on one basis. Even morning assembly, yoga and music classes were not missed. Madhav is seven years now and has completed Juniors-3. I am proud to admit that he has become smarter, has good cognitive skills, is affectionate, independent and well behaved. He has come a long way in academics too. I am grateful to the incredible team at CADRRE for nurturing and educating children with special needs like Madhav. Thankyou just doesn’t seem adequate. With love and heartfelt appreciation. -Madhav’s mother
Sreehari was diagnosed Autistic at the age of 2 years. Like most of the parents we were not in a position to admit the fact that he is autistic. Our next goal was to identify therapists and started Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy etc. Several therapists worked towards improving his speech, behaviour and sensory issues etc. Some improvements were there, but as parents we were not fully satisfied, because we felt that something is missing. Finally we realised that the missing factor was the most important aspect i.e. a holistic approach. How can we expect much from several therapist working inside closed rooms without any co-ordination/discussion, and at times pointing fingers to others for some flaws. This realisation and further search took us to CADRRE. Sreehari joined CADRRE at the age of 5yrs in CADRRE’s first batch Admission to 'The Autism School' itself was our way of accepting that our child is Autistic. At CADRRE, parents are not persons waiting outside closed therapy rooms. We have access to what is happening every moment in school. Now amidst covid pandemic, while attending individual online classes with Sreehari, we also learn how to teach him and to tackle different situations or mood swings. The online sessions also provided us an insight about the strenuous efforts taken by the therapists in identifying and applying innovative methods for training our child. We thank all at CADRRE team for the efforts and strain taken by them in moulding Sreehari. Now Sreehari is 9 yrs old and he listens to us, understands our words, gestures, reciprocates our words meaningfully and improved a lot in ADL. We respect and are indebted to the uncompromising attitude of CADRRE for enabling a better life for Autistic children. - Sreehari’s Father
My son Mahadevan (Mahi)) who is 6 years now, is a student of CADRRE from October 2018. I would like to take this prospect to thank the teachers for their continuous care, support, collaboration, and most importantly patience. We have witnessed substantial and exponential development in Mahi.He is so blessed to have teachers like you all and I feel exceptionally.obliged to have my son studying in CADRRE,Thanks, for your endurance quality, care, enthusiasm, diligent efforts and passion you provide every day."No words can describe how thankful I and my husband are to have Mahi to be part of the CADRRE family, under the diligent teachers, who provides sessions on academics, therapies for sensory issues, yoga, music, ayurveda all under one roof.It was a good experience when the online class started because of this pandemic situation, which helped Mahi & myself with educational programs, guidance interaction with each teacher you have arranged to improve with individual sessions, through which I was able to experience the difference in Mahi.Daily Assembly made Mahi accustom to a routine time table, and help create a bond with other students & teachers who were so helpful, full of support and encouragement, which brings confidence in me. "It gives us an immense sense of achievement that our son is with CADRRE. I am glad that we took this decision. It is imperative to stay positive and I am glad that our son is in such an amazing environment that fosters a positive attitude. I trust CADRRE will be recognized by more and more people as one of the best education providers. - Mahadevan’s mother
The last academic year with only online classes were a bit of a challenge for Joel and us in the beginning. He later adjusted and started cooperating for the sessions. The streamlined resources and the relentless effort by the teachers helped making him more involved in the sessions. Joel surely missed going to school and seeing his teachers and friends. I hope that this current situation changes and Joel can enjoy his school days once more.” -Joel’s father
This year, owing to pandemic, CADRRE introduced online classes for our kids. Initially I was skeptical of how effective this initiative would be for my son , but as we transitioned by session after session, I realized I couldn’t have been more grateful to this idea of online classes. The structured program, individualized attention, coordinated effort from all staff members including teachers, therapists and psychologists has really helped my son throughout the year and we could see a notable progress in him. Besides the transparency, flexibility and support that I received from each and every professional has really helped me as a parent to be more confident to cope and deal with any problems whether it be behavioral or learning issues. Thanks to the entire team of CADRRE who are committed to helping not only the child but parents too. Thank you for all you do. - Aditya Menon’s mother
Words alone cannot express our gratitude for all the time the whole CADRRE team has spent with our naughty little girl. All of the love, time and long hours your team invested in Zaara has brought about a lot of change each and every day. We feel she has become more confident in learning new things. We feel blessed that she got a chance to enroll in CADRRE. Academically the team is creating superstars out of each of their students. Thank you so much for everything you do each and every day. We are sure she will always look back at this time in her life very fondly and remember CADRRE as one of her most important mentor - With bouquets of gratitude from parents and grandparents of Zaara
CADRRE was a decision we had to make as parents after much deliberation . Our son was just 3 years old and not a native of Thiruvananthapuram, so there were many factors to consider before deciding to come here. I believe that it was one of the best decisions we took for our son. He adapted quickly to CADRRE and their ways of teaching. In this past one year, his social skills have improved a lot and he is moving towards his various milestones at his own pace. His poor eating habits were one of our major concerns , which was addressed by the CADRRE team in a calm and systematic manner and one that showed great results. CADRRE has supported me in my journey as a parent of a child with ASD. Their parent training modules helped me in communicating to my parents and in laws on how they could interact with their grandson in a better way . The one on one session for parents with a psychologist was useful and much needed. I really appreciate he efforts taken by CADRRE for the development and wellbeing of my child. I am looking forward to another beautiful year with CADRRE. Vihaan’s mother
God Why me? Why did this happen to me? -is the first reaction. Denial, anger and finally depression follows next. The journey this parent must undertake is hard. Only a “The twinkle in the eyes of a happy mother and the sparkle in the eyes of a proud father are not uncommon to mankind on the birth of their child. Each minute the focus is on the new-born and, its wellbeing and protection are their primary concern. Sadly, the reality that this prized possession of ours is AUTISTIC was the deadliest realisation we underwent as parents. Why strong support can help us. The Autism School was a blessing from the almighty to me and other parents who have children with ASD because this institution is one of a kind. The principles this school is based on are such that any parent would get answers to all their queries and doubts. We owe all love and gratitude to G. Vijaya Raghavan sir who has provided us the best because our children too have the gates of academics open to them surpassing all their limitations. Each child is a butterfly flying in the wind. Some fly high and some low. We needn’t compare each one because each one is special and different. Our children can also be butterflies flying carelessly like any other because their special nature is valued at The Autism School. CADRRE’s team comprising Malini ma’am, Lekshmy ma’am, Sulekha ma’am and an efficient team of young and vibrant teachers are to be praised for the wonderful world they provide our children. Our children can be themselves. They need not be like others. And they are being enabled to improve their abilities and skills to step out into this world. I can see how happy my child is to go to his school and I owe them all love and gratitude. The school is truly a model to the world. Its wellbeing is our pride. We are always supported in everything and anything by The Autism School to bring up our child like any other normal child. Evan’s mother
My son 8 years old is in CADRRE since December 2018. Ever since I heard about CADRRE I was keen to get my son join there as I felt he would get the routine of a school, academics, all therapies, peer interaction and multisensory exposure like yoga, music, art under one roof. My son instantly settled down to the routine at CADRRE. Through the guidance of the teachers, he has progressed in many areas especially communication. Though its a group approach, every child’s individual needs and learning styles are incorporated in the class setting. There is also excellent communication between the staff and parents throughout the year. But what touched me most in the genuine empathy among all staff towards the children and their families. The last 1.5 years has been an enriching experience for my son and I thank the entire CADRRE team for helping many families like mine navigate through the autism maze.” Harinandan’s mother
My daughter has been with CADRRE for the last eight months, and she is happy to go to school every day. Throughout the day, she is kept engaged and interested with various activities. Her sensory needs are well supported, and guidance is provided to parents through the weekly mentor meetings. We are happy and thankful that she is enjoying school and for all the help she receives. - Ameya’s mother
I am very happy with CADRRE. Mahi is doing very well and has changed a lot in his habits and daily routine. He is happy to go to school every day and has shown significant improvement in his academics. CADRRE focuses on Mahi's overall development. The entire team of teachers and support staff is very good, supportive, and caring, attending to all of Mahi's needs. Thank you for all your support, Team CADRRE. - Mahi’s mother
CADRRE is truly a haven for our children, where they've found not just education, but a loving home. Since joining in September 2023, our twins, diagnosed on the spectrum in May 2023, have blossomed under the nurturing care of the staff. The dedication of both teaching and non-teaching members is evident in their empathetic approach and passion for their work. From weekly assessments to round-the-clock support, CADRRE ensures every child's needs are met with utmost care. The innovative use of camera access is just one example of their commitment to transparency and excellence. We are immensely grateful to everyone at CADRRE for their unwavering support and dedication. Special thanks to the founder, Mr. G Vijayaraghavan, whose guidance and vision make CADRRE a sanctuary for our children. CADRRE isn't just a school; it's a place where every festival is celebrated, every child is cherished, and every family finds comfort and blessings. - Unni & Ponnu’s mother
My search for a good school all across India for my daughter with cerebral palsy ended with CADRRE. CADRRE is led by a professional team that helps children excel in the fields they are good at. To me, the most reassuring aspect of this school is the ensured safety of my child. I wish CADRRE and its team all the very best for their future endeavors. - Pooja’s mother
Choosing CADRRE for our loved one Siddhi’s early intervention and therapies has been one of the most rewarding decisions we've made. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with compassion, expertise, and a genuine commitment to Siddhi’s well-being. Their approach is not just about therapy; they understand that every individual with neurodiversity is unique and deserves a personalized approach. CADRRE creates a supportive environment where our loved one feels understood, valued, and capable of achieving their fullest potential. Their innovative techniques and tailored programs have brought about remarkable progress in our loved one's communication, social skills, and independence. Their support extends to educating families, offering invaluable guidance every step of the way. We wholeheartedly recommend CADRRE to anyone seeking exceptional intervention and education for their loved ones. Thank you, CADRRE, for your invaluable support. - Sidhi’s father
CADRRE is an extension of my family. The teachers, therapists, and staff are a caring, loving group of professionals we have had the honor of knowing. My son, Gyan, has improved significantly in his social skills since attending CADRRE. It gives me peace of mind knowing that he is making friends in such a supportive, caring environment. - Gyan’s mother
We, the parents of Abey Tom Bino, express our sincere thanks from the bottom of our hearts to CADRRE. We had years of uncertainty and fear about where to find the care Abey needed. Intermittent therapies were not helping him much, and the notoriety of special schools was holding us back. We learned about CADRRE through his speech therapist, Janki Ma'am, but didn’t dream of admission due to the long waiting list. However, God and CADRRE opened the path for us once we attended the Parent Assisted Intervention, a novel initiative by CADRRE. After spending two weeks in this program, we were absolutely sure CADRRE was the right place after experiencing all the facilities and the proficiency and care of the staff in person. CADRRE has undoubtedly molded Abey over the past year, but importantly, it changed our outlook on autism. The regular workshops and interactive sessions help us to be proud parents of a gifted boy. We have not seen the happiness and care shown by CADRRE faculty even in regular schools. When we enter the CADRRE campus, it’s a paradise of joy and smiles where the outside world and problems seem meaningless. CADRRE’s touching act of prominently displaying “Autism” more than the school name on signs in the heart of the city is commendable as it slowly changes the way people see an autistic child. Thank you, CADRRE, for the care and love. - Abey’s parents
The most important thing for my son, Vivekanand, at CADRRE is that he is enthusiastic about going to school, which was not the case with his previous schools. This is undoubtedly due to the exceptional way the kids are treated at CADRRE. Our association with CADRRE and its faculty has been a significant morale booster for us as parents. Monthly meetings and ongoing discussions on various aspects of child development and future goals have been immensely helpful. One significant development we have observed in our son is his improved ability to communicate meaningfully with us. Issues we faced with his home routines, such as excessive use of mobile phones, have been greatly resolved through the guidance and planned interventions of the faculty. CADRRE has also organized various programs for parents, providing us with knowledge to better understand and respond to our child in more appropriate ways. We are pleased to see that Vivekanand is not only doing well academically but also engaging in various social interactions through the Functional Fridays organized at school. We are extremely grateful that our child is with CADRRE and look forward to his continued development and success. I can confidently say that there is no better school than CADRRE for children with ASD. - Vivekanand’s father
My son, Madhav (Appu), who is 8 years old, has been a student of CADRRE since January 2022. The pandemic and lockdown affected him severely, impacting our mental health as well. Then we discovered CADRRE. I still remember his first day there; we were skeptical about how he would adapt to his new environment. We expected him to attend classes for at least an hour, but to our astonishment, he started participating in activities with great interest from the first day onward. We received the right feedback and knew he was in capable hands. From the moment Madhav stepped into CADRRE, it was clear that the therapists, teachers, and even the support staff were there not just to fulfill a job but to make a profound difference in the lives of their students. They recognize his unique strengths and challenges, tailoring their approach to ensure he receives the individual support he needs to thrive. Their patience, empathy, and unwavering belief in Madhav's potential have been instrumental in his growth and development. Since joining CADRRE, Madhav has made remarkable progress and continually learns new things. We are eternally thankful for the love and care the teachers at CADRRE pour into their work every day. CADRRE School is more than just a place of learning; it's a second home where every child is embraced with love, understanding, and endless possibilities. I express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of CADRRE. - Appu’s mother
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” said the famous poet P.B. Shelley, signifying that hope and renewal are never far away even in the bleakest of times. This sentiment resonates with me and many parents of children on the spectrum. Bringing a positive vibe into our daily routine often leads to unexpected moments of happiness, as I’ve experienced with my son Evan, who is turning 14 this May. Evan loves to color and paint, although he cannot create drawings on his own. His clear strokes show his pursuit of perfection despite his life's imperfections. The teachers at CADRRE have given him the freedom to paint and color anything on his own, resulting in a series of remarkable creations. This year, he participated in the painting exhibition and sale at “The Autism School,” an incredible achievement beyond our expectations. I spent hours admiring his paintings, amazed at his talent. During the Christmas holidays, Evan surprised us again by showing interest in badminton. When I gave him a racket, he started serving the shuttlecock effortlessly. It turns out he had received some training at school, a testament to CADRRE's dedication. This is what I mean when I say, “can spring be far behind.” Little by little, day by day, our children’s talents will unfold and blossom. We need to accept that our children are special, with their own unique ways and timelines for doing things. Thanks to “The Autism School” and its wonderful team of mentors, tutors, and therapists who understand the needs of our special kids. - Evan’s mother
Our son was 2.5 years old when he joined CADRRE. CADRRE has provided every element important for his overall development. It was the best decision we made for our child since his diagnosis. It’s my child's second home where he is loved, appreciated, and taught. - Tharun’s mother
When we relocated to Trivandrum from Bangalore, we were uncertain about finding a reliable support system for our son, Gokul, who has special needs. It was providence that led us to CADRRE and introduced us to Mr. Vijaya Raghavan. The team at CADRRE The Autism Studio is compassionate, exceptionally trained, and empathetic, catering to each child’s special needs with great care. Gokul had a pleasant time at CADRRE and looked forward to going to the center every morning. The tailored programs and emphasis on real-world applications have made a tangible difference, significantly boosting his confidence. CADRRE’s commitment to empowering special children to face life’s many challenges is truly commendable. We appreciate and thank CADRRE for equipping our son with life skills he can use. - Gokul’s parents
As a parent of an autistic child, I can't express enough gratitude for the transformative experience provided by the Employment Training Program at CADRRE - The Autism School. Under their guidance, my child not only underwent remarkable personality development but also found employment, a testament to the efficiency of their programs. The dedication and support from the teachers were excellent, offering tailored mentoring that empowered my child to navigate the professional world with confidence. I attribute much of this success to the visionary leadership of Vijaya Raghavan Sir. The mentors, under his guidance, are very dedicated, ensuring that each student receives the individualized attention they need. Thanks to CADRRE, my child was able to embrace his unique abilities. - Mukund’s mother
My son Nathan ( 10 yrs) is a student of CADRRE Trivandrum. Nathan was brought up abroad till age of 9 and we were relocating to Kerala. We had concerns about how Nathan would adapt with CADRRE as he is totally new to living in Kerala environment. But our anguish lasted only for few weeks after he started going to school. He got acclimatized very soon with CADRRE teachers and caretaker aunties. They helped him very much in adapting to the new environment and taken care of his every needs like eating. We are very thankful to the CADRRE management and staff for the warm love and affection they poured on Nathan. Also we appreciate the developments he had in terms of his education and skills since joining the institution. - Nathan’s mother
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional therapy provided by CADRRE. My son has shown remarkable progress since starting his sessions here. His communication skills have flourished, allowing him to express himself more confidently. Moreover, his enthusiasm to attend sessions speaks volumes about the nurturing environment at the center. Not only has he improved socially, but his behavior has also seen significant positive changes. One of the most impressive outcomes of his therapy journey has been the development of his motor skills. Watching him achieve milestones that once seemed out of reach has been truly heartwarming. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend CADRRE to anyone seeking professional and effective therapy for their loved ones. The dedication and expertise of the staff have made a world of difference in my son's life, and I am forever grateful for their support. - Shawn’s mother
CADRRE doesn’t just educate children with special needs, they empower them, embrace them, and walk alongside each family with unwavering support. We are grateful for the impact this school has had on our child’s life and ours.
A Heartfelt Thank You to CADDRE Enrolling our son Daniel at CADDRE during one of the hardest times in our lives was a leap of faith—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The staff’s care, professionalism, and constant support made a world of difference. Even while we were overseas, they kept us closely connected through daily updates and live video access. It gave us so much peace of mind. We especially loved the Friday activities and life skills sessions, which helped Daniel grow in confidence and independence. We’re truly grateful to everyone at CADDRE for not only helping Daniel, but for supporting us as a family. Thank you for everything. -Daniel’s parents
Our son Neev was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when he was around three years old. He started his schooling at CADRRE at five years old and he will be turning seven soon. The past 2 years he has been with CADRRE, has been a great experience for him as well as us. Neev has progressed consistently in many areas due to the hard work from patient, highly empathetic and well trained staff at the CADRRE. The structured environment at school, visual schedules and prediction helps him to reduce his anxiety tremendously and be regulated throughout the day. The communication which the staff maintains with the parents is highly efficient since it is very important as autistic kids struggle with that. We really appreciate the efforts from CADRRE's side for that. Neev loves school and the smile and ease at which he transitions to school is a very happy experience for us as parents. CADRRE did the first annual school day last academic year and it was such a heartwarming experience for the kids as well as for the parents. Neev did his first group dance performance which was an overwhelming moment for us. He had lost his imitation skills when he was around 2.5 years old. A dance performance was something we thought he could never achieve. But CADRRE proved us wrong and many thanks to the entire team for that. Apart from school related activities CADRRE gives a lot of importance to Autism awareness programs. The painting exhibitions conducted by CADRRE in 2024 and 2025 at different places in India is a good example. Another example are the awareness videos shared by CADRRE in various social media platforms, especially the short videos of students showcasing their positive aspects. These awareness initiatives create opportunities for the allistic community to know more about autistic individuals. We are very fortunate that Neev gets to go CADRRE and looks forward to celebrating each of his tiny milestones. Neev’s parents
We have searched for a support system that can help our son since we found that he is autistic. We have tried hospitals and therapy centers, and none of it could help him. We were lucky to find CADRRE, and choosing CADRRE was one of the best decisions we have made for our son. The individual attention, compassionate, highly skilled, and highly motivated staff and structured education system created a safe environment for our son. He is able to express himself and improve his skills. The past one year has turned around both his life and our life. He is able to control his energy and express emotions. He has made huge progress in reading and communication skills and has learned to understand verbal communication. He has also learned to do many day-to-day activities with minimal support like brushing, going to the toilet, eating, etc. CADRRE has also changed our lives. We understand our son and his needs much better now. We learned how to give medicine to him, how to control his tantrums, exposing him to new environments and situations, taking him to restaurants and social events and including him in our day-to-day activities. The knowledge and support that CADRRE staff provide are amazing, especially Dilu maam. We always go to her with things that we think are too complex, and she is able to resolve them with a simple hack or tricks and help us understand the root cause of that problem that we never thought was related. -Shreyas’ parents
Like many parents associated with CADRRE school, ever since I realized that my son, Ishan R., is a special one, my world turned upside down. All those priorities of life went for a toss and future of my son became the most important concern and priority. Finding the best training and support for him was a challenge. Fortunately, CADRRE was referred to me by one of my colleague and it was one of the best decisions I took for my child. CADRRE’s unique training helped my child to sit through the class, mingle with children and even speak a few lines. I was amazed to see the videos of my son Ishaan applying some logical reasoning in some activities and participate in cultural activities dressed as Bhagat Singh and participating in a skit. When I left my son at school on any regular school day, I was more confident than while he was at home as he was with some highly committed and qualified teachers. Thank you CADRRE. I am confident that my Ishan will be able to face the world on his own with the training given by CADRRE. -Ishan’s mother
Dear Cadrre team I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful work you’ve been doing with my daughter last year. It’s been such a joy to see how much she has grown, both academically and personally, under guidance of faculty members of Cadrre. Considering what she has learned, it's clear that your passion for teaching and your care for your students are making a real difference. Thank you for your patience, dedication, and the positive learning environment you create every day. With sincere gratitude, Riya’s mother
As I reflect on Eva’s journey over the past year, I’m filled with immense gratitude. This year has been a significant one for her — the biggest milestone has been her improved understanding of words. It’s been truly heartwarming to see her make connections, respond with more clarity, and engage more meaningfully with the world around her. This progress has brought a new light into our everyday lives, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support, patience, and care of her teachers and the school team. Each small step forward has been celebrated, and each challenge met with understanding and encouragement. Thank you for nurturing her with such dedication and helping her grow in her own beautiful way. Eva’s mother
We've been on this journey with CADRRE since July 2023, and it has been life-changing for our lovable daughter Janvi. CADRRE feels like a second home for her, where she is happy and engaged in various activities. The team expertly understood her sensory needs, providing tailored interventions. One of the most valuable lessons we've learned is that Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a journey, not a destination – and CADRRE has been an invaluable guide every step of the way. We're deeply grateful for Mr. G Vijayaraghavan's visionary leadership and the compassionate team at CADRRE. Their empathy and understanding are a rare gift, and we feel fortunate to have them in Janvi's life. Love is Janvi's primary way of communication, and she reserves it for those she's attached to – we're sure the entire CADRRE team feels her unconditional love. That's the greatest testament to CADRRE's dedication and care. Janvi's parents
Our journey with Cadrre began when our son Aadil was just 4 years old. Today, at 8, we can confidently say that the growth we have witnessed in him—across behavior, social interaction, emotional regulation, academics, and extracurricular skills—has been truly remarkable. Cadrre is not just a school; but a nurturing space with a committed team dedicated to the overall development of each child . The teachers and caretakers are nothing short of exceptional—dedicated, compassionate, and always going the extra mile. What makes Cadrre stand out even more is its openness to feedback and the transparent communication they maintain with us. As parents and as professionals, we feel deeply grateful to have found a school that doesn’t just educate, but truly understands and empowers our child. Cadrre has been an integral part of Aadil’s progress, and we look forward to the continued journey ahead. With heartfelt thanks Aadil’s parents
Our journey with Cadrre began in 2023, and over the years, it has become more than just a school for our daughter fiona it has been a second home. The unwavering dedication, compassion, and personalized support from the entire team have played a crucial role in Fiona’s growth and development. Cadrre has nurtured her unique strengths and helped her navigate challenges with confidence and joy. We are deeply grateful for the patience, professionalism, and love that continue to shape Fiona’s life and future. Being part of the Cadrre family has been a true blessing. Fiona’s parents.
Our son Abey (8 yrs) has been with CADRRE since 2022. We are extremely happy with the way they take care & guide him to be a wonderful human. The sense of security and happiness we get for him with CADRRE is unmatched as he loves the school very much. CADRRE with its bold proclamation of being "the AUTISM school" has changed our perception of leading a secluded life to being the parents of a gifted child. CADDRE's weekly parent meets & trainings empower us. With CADRRE, "AUTISM" is not something to be ashamed off. Rather its the joy of finding true happiness in life. We are indebted to CADDRE and God bless team CADRRE abundantly. Abey’s parents
Our son Harinandh was struggling with many issues like behavioral instability, language problems, issues with instability to express his desires. As parents, we also had many confusions and lack of guidance on the real prevailing conditions of his specific autism spectrum disorder. We came to know about CADRRE from a colleague and it was a total game changer then onwards. They carefully studied our son in every aspect from the beginning and made a tailored program for him. They also guided parents every week through the mentor interaction sessions which gave us the insights of interactions inside the family and the role of family members in developing his skills in the areas of social interaction, life skills, Emotional control and academic skills. From the few months of his intervention program his speech and expressive skills were improved tremendously and it went progressed consistently throughout the year. Now he can communicate independently about his needs, likes and dislikes. His reading comprehension and attentiveness also improved in a great way. Now he can able to cope up with the regular school as the intervention program complemented the school and polished his skills and mended out the potential problems arising from the regular schools for children with ASD. Cadrre also supports the parents of children in a great way and create a space where living a reality slowly turned into living with hope. I sincerely thank all the efforts rendered from CADRRE and looking forward in the coming year with great expectations. - Harinandh’s parents
CADDRE is not just a school, it’s a second home for Jadon, where he feels safe, accepted and encouraged. In all these years, the care, patience, and dedication of the teachers and staff have made a huge difference in his development academically and emotionally. What sets CADDRE apart is the genuine love and commitment the staff put in their work. The effort such as IEP where the syllabus is tailored to each child’s need is commendable. We cannot forget the happiness and brightness in the teacher’s eyes when they see my son, and how they fondly call him ‘Jaydu’. Special mention to Vrinda Ma’m, who has a played a great part in what Jadon is today. She will always remain as his favourite teacher. Thank you team CADDRE. Jadon’s parents
My son Madhav (Appu) who is 9 years old, has been a student of CADRRE since January 2022. I still remember his first day at CADRRE. We had our doubts about how well he would adjust to the new environment. Initially, we hoped he could manage at least an hour in class. To our surprise, he immediately engaged with enthusiasm and began participating in activities right from day one. Positive feedback soon followed, reassuring us that he was truly in caring and capable hands. From the moment Madhav stepped into CADRRE, it was clear that the therapists and educators were deeply committed—not merely performing duties, but genuinely striving to create meaningful impact in their students’ lives. They recognized Madhav's abilities and thoughtfully adapted their methods to provide the personalized guidance he required to flourish. He looks forward to every school day and holds a deep affection for his teachers. They have stood by him through challenges and celebrated his triumphs, offering unwavering support at every step. More than just a school, CADRRE has become a second home— a place where every child is welcomed with compassion, understanding, and endless possibilities. I extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at CADRRE for their exceptional dedication and heartfelt efforts. Appu’s mother
Cadre has truly become Ammu’s second home. For the past eight years, her world has revolved around just two places — home and school. During this time, we’ve seen her grow and change in so many ways. In fact, the teachers and aunties at Cadrre know her likes and needs even better than we do. The compassionate staff, individualized attention, and structured programs have made a world of difference for Ammu. We are deeply grateful for the love, care, and unwavering support she has received. The progress she’s made is a testament to the incredible environment at Cadrre — we couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to learn and thrive. Neeharika’s parents.

It’s not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings – Ann Landers We are grateful for the support shown by CADDRE to enrol our child Rithwik into a new world of schooling. Rithwik started enjoying this entirely different schooling experience instantly. His enthusiasm to go to school every morning made us flabbergasted. In few weeks’ time, we were able to realise the good changes happening in our child’s development. All the staffs in CADRRE are taking care of the children in a courteous and professional manner. The functional Friday activities involving cooking, shopping with money and short travel trips gave good practical learning experiences. The home plans are designed carefully and colourfully making the teaching process easier for us. The prompt delivery of daily reports helped us to be in close touch with CADRRE. We gained much knowledge about the parenting techniques during the mentor sessions, parent-teacher meetings and interactive sessions with experts. It was inspiring to witness the great efforts of CADRRE’s staff in meticulously organising the International Filmlet festival, Spectrum of Art exhibition and Annual Day events. The entire CADRRE team is performing their duties with ardent love aligning with their vision of “Transforming the lives of people with Autism”. We thank CADRRE for creating a positive impact in our society through their noble service and we wish all the best for their future endeavours. - Rithwik’s parents
Our son Teerth joined CADRRE at the age of 4, and ever since, it has been a remarkable journey of growth and development. The individual attention and customized learning approach helped him gain confidence, improve his communication, and build strong foundational skills. The staff at CADRRE are incredibly dedicated, patient, and genuinely caring. They not only support the child but also extend guidance and emotional support to parents at every step. As always, Tharun had a wonderful year in his school. We recall when he began at CADRRE PMG as a toddler in 2019, and since then, it has been an incredible journey for him, progressing from a small child to the early years of his teenage years at Sasthamangalam. He loved his days in school and the friends he had there. He had formed strong bonds with the teaching and care-giving staff at school, starting with the ladies at the gate. As parents, we felt safe sending our son to school daily. We are sincerely thankful to CADRRE for providing such a nurturing environment for our son and also for addressing other requirements, such as government certification. -Tharun’s parents
We came across CADRRE quite unexpectedly when we were on a family trip to trivandrum. At the time, we were looking for an understanding environment that could meet Vihaan's unique needs. From the day of the assessment, CADRRE has proven to be that and so much more. The commitment and dedication of therapists and also the level of patience and genuine care shown by the entire staff is really commendable. Beyond the specific milestones achieved by Vihaan, CADRRE is a safe space for my child where he is supported and encouraged. We are grateful to CADRRE for making this journey easier for Vihaan and for us too. -Vihaan’s parents
As Parents of a child in the spectrum, our journey has been full of questions, worries, and endless searches for the right place, the right help, and the right people who truly understand and care. Before CADRRE, we tried multiple schools, both with good and bad experiences. It often felt like we were just going through the process, with no real connection or progress. Many were using questionable methods. We felt lost and alone. After moving to Trivandrum, we were scouting for government and private options, when we came across CADRRE. Initially we had our shares of doubts, but in course of time we could see the difference. The warmth, the understanding, the way every teacher and therapist work with Adi is heartwarming. They saw his strengths, his struggles, his heart and they responded with kindness, patience, and real dedication. What sets CADRRE apart is not only the comprehensive therapy programs but also their structured academic curriculum for young autistic adults. They believe in holistic growth—something we only hoped for. Our child is not just "managed” here; he is nurtured, guided, and celebrated for who he is. Every week, we get meaningful feedback, practical suggestions, and constant communication from the teachers. The sense of involvement and transparency gives us parents a strong support system. For the first time, we don’t just worry about tomorrow—we feel hopeful for the years to come. CADRRE isn’t just a school. It’s a safe space full of love, patience, and belief. And for families like ours, that makes all the difference. There is still a long mile to walk together. As an institution CADRRE has a lot more to offer to the children, parents and to the society.
